Leadership Workshops for Teams
Hands-on sessions for managers, HR teams, and staff
Your team works through the HEART Goals™ framework using situations from your own workplace. By the end of the session, every participant has goals they can start on that week, and managers have a way to keep those goals on track.
How a workshop runs
Step one: a planning call
You tell Charlene what your team is working toward and where things are getting stuck.
Step two: a session built for your team
Exercises use situations from your workplace, so people practice on problems they recognize.
Step three: goals written in the room
Participants write and test their own goals during the session instead of taking notes to deal with later.
Step four: follow-up for managers
A short guide for using HEART Goals in check-ins, so the work continues after the workshop ends.
Workshop Formats
90-Minute Small Team Workshop
Virtual or on-site. Your team sets goals for the next quarter or year and checks each one against the HEART framework. A good fit for planning season or a team kickoff.
Half-Day Manager Workshop
For mid-level leaders. Managers connect their own priorities to company goals, practice giving feedback tied to values, and build a 90-day plan for their team.
Full-Day Team Workshop
In the morning, your team agrees on shared priorities. In the afternoon, everyone sets their own goals and practices using them on real situations from your workplace. You finish the day with a written plan for the team.
100% of workshop participants rated it valuable
HR professionals at SHRM chapter workshops in North and South Carolina, and a real estate team planning its year, rated these sessions at least 97% actionable, engaging, and interactive. Results from Talkadot post-workshop surveys.
